Checking In

WFU Center for International Studies Office

All new international scholars are required to check in with the Center for International Studies no more than 30 days after their initial entry into the U.S. Please fill out the following Arrival Form (link below).

You will be required to scan copies of the following items into the form so please ensure you have the documents scanned to upload the files to the form.

  • Passport
  • Visa Stamp
  • DS2019 Form
  • I-94 Record
  • Proof of Health Insurance


Alternatively, you are welcome to check-in personally in the office. The Center for International Studies is located on the Reynolda Campus in Reynolda Hall Room 116. This is building #5 on the Reynolda Campus map.

The CIS office serves as a virtual clearing house for information about immigration issues, the WFU campus, the city of Winston-Salem, housing opportunities, shopping, etc. Feel free to take advantage of the expertise of all those who work in the office.
