Fees, Payment & Financial Aid

Program Fees

Participation in Worldwide Wake costs $350 USD.

The cost covers all fees for early move-in and all meals during the program.

Payment should not be made until you receive confirmation from Worldwide Wake of being enrolled in the program. Final payment will be due Wednesday, August 4; if an extended deadline is needed, please contact us.

Financial Aid

If you are in need of a scholarship in order to attend, please answer the question regarding financial aid on the registration form and fill in the requested amount. We do our best to fill funding requests, but not all requests are guaranteed to be met. Worldwide Wake practices need blind admissions, therefore your application for the program will be considered separate from your request for financial aid.

Pay by Credit Card

Your registration confirmation letter will provide a link to our billing portal which will enable you to pay online via credit card.

Pay by Check

Checks from U.S.-based banks should be made out to “Wake Forest University.” Please indicate “Worldwide Wake” and student’s name in the memo line.
