Community-Based Global Learning
Administered by the Center for Global Programs & Studies, our Community-Based Global Learning Programs are focused on developing learning opportunities that create partnerships with local people and organizations and promote sustainable social, environmental and economic development, thereby working to empower communities and cultivate active, educated, and compassionate global citizens.
Spring 2025
Kenya: Beyond Boundaries: Female Empowerment
Students on this program take a 2 credit course during the Spring 2025 semester and then spend two weeks in Limuru, Kenya in May 2025.

Ghana: Culture & Ethical Community Engagement
Students on this program take a 1.5 credit course during the Spring 2025 semester which includes a one week trip to Ghana over spring break.
