2025 Hotel Options
WISE Conference 2025 will be held on the Reynolda [main] campus of Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Pre-Conference Workshops will be held at the WFU Brookstown Campus, located less than a mile from the downtown core and approximately four miles from the Reynolda campus.
The following hotels are convenient to both locations and offer special rates for WISE attendees:
The Historic Brookstown Inn (a Wyndham property)
A unique historic full-service property located a mile south of Winston-Salem’s downtown core and four miles/11-minute drive from Wake Forest University. Comfortable and eclectic, the Inn serves a complimentary hot Southern breakfast every morning, wine and cheese each evening, and homemade cookies at bedtime. WIFI and parking included in the room rate.

Courtyard by Marriott University Parkway
Located just minutes from downtown and less than one mile from Wake Forest University, the Courtyard by Marriott offers complimentary parking and WIFI, a 24-hour fitness center, onsite bistro and bar. Rooms feature mini-refrigerators and coffee makers. Cost effective location for attendees with personal transportation. Although close to Wake Forest, not ideal for walking.
WISE Rate: $109++/night thru 1/29/25 or until room block is full; make reservations here.
Hampton Inn & Suites (a Hilton property)
Located in downtown Winston-Salem on N. Cherry Street, the Hampton Inn & Suites is a great location. It offers free wifi, an outdoor pool, fitness center and a free hot breakfast. Parking is valet only for $22/day.
WISE Rate: $99++/night. Make reservations here thru 1/17/26
WISE will provide limited shuttle service to/from these hotels for the general conference, including the Opening Plenary.
