2024 Hotel Options
WISE Conference 2024 will be held on the Reynolda [main] campus of Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Pre-Conference Workshops will be held at the WFU Brookstown Campus, located less than a mile from the downtown core and approximately four miles from the Reynolda campus. Post-Conference Workshops will be held in Farrell Hall on the Reynolda campus.

The Historic Brookstown Inn* (a Wyndham property)
A unique historic full-service property located a mile south of Winston-Salem’s downtown core and four miles/11-minute drive from Wake Forest University. Comfortable and eclectic, the Inn serves a complimentary hot Southern breakfast every morning, wine and cheese each evening, and homemade cookies at bedtime. WIFI and parking included in the room rate.

Graylyn Hotel & Conference Center
Once the private home of Bowman Gray, former president and chairman of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, Graylyn is an historic property owned by Wake Forest University approximately one mile from campus. The estate offers valet and free parking, a complimentary shuttle to campus and Reynolda Village, a fitness center, unlimited complimentary ice cream, freshly baked cookies daily, a business center and in-room WIFI.

Located in downtown Winston-Salem in the historic 1929 R.J. Reynolds Tobacco headquarters building—the architectural muse for New York City’s Empire State Building. Conveniently located in the downtown core, the Downtown Marriott underwent a $20 million renovation in 2019. It features a health club, full-service restaurant and extensive bar. Room rate includes WIFI. Valet and self-parking available at extra cost.

Courtyard by Marriott University Parkway*
Located just minutes from downtown and less than one mile from Wake Forest University, the Courtyard by Marriott offers complimentary parking and WIFI, a 24-hour fitness center, onsite bistro and bar. Rooms feature mini-refrigerators and coffee makers. Cost effective location for attendees with personal transportation. Although close to Wake Forest, not ideal for walking.
