Online Registration

  • What Your Registration Includes

    Conference registration for Thursday and Friday, February 14-15, includes lunch and breaks both days, plus a welcome reception. Coffee/tea and snacks will be served during morning and afternoon breaks. Pre-conference workshop registration includes lunch and coffee break/snacks on Wednesday, February 13.

  • Hotel Information

    Conference registration does not include accommodations. A block of hotel rooms has been reserved with the Winston-Salem Marriott Hotel and the Embassy Suites Hotel. Visit the Hotel Information page for additional information.

  • Grants & Invoices
    • A limited number of Registration Grants are available for graduate students and professionals in the field. If interested, email wiseconference@wfu.edu for an application.
    • If your institution/organization has more than five attendees participating in WISE 2019, we are able to provide an invoice for registration costs. Contact wiseconference@wfu.edu for details.

     

  • Changes or Refunds

    Changing Registration

    To make changes after completing your registration, please revisit the registration link and enter your confirmation number to proceed. If you have forgotten your confirmation number, simply revisit our registration site and submit a request to have it resent to you. Questions? Email wiseconference@wfu.edu or call 336-758-5938.

    Refund Policy

    If you need to cancel your registration, please revisit the registration link and enter your confirmation number to proceed. Refunds for withdrawal from the Pre-Conference Workshops and/or General Conference will be made based on this schedule:

    • Requests made on or before January 9, 2019: Registration and workshop fees will be refunded minus a 20% administrative fee
    • Requests made January 10 – 16, 2019: Registration and workshop fees will be refunded 50%
    • Beginning January 17, 2019: No refunds made

WFU Attendee Complimentary Registration

Wake Forest University faculty, staff, and students receive complimentary registration to the WISE Conference on February 14 – 15; however, WFU participants must register through the WISE Cvent site using their Wake Forest email address.

Pre-conference workshops on February 13, 2019, are not included in the complimentary registration for Wake Forest University attendees. WFU personnel are welcome to register for the enriching pre-conference workshops at their own or approved departmental expense. A limited number of scholarships are available for WFU faculty/staff to attend a pre-conference workshop. Contact wiseconference@nullwfu.edu for information on how to apply.

UNC-Greensboro Faculty & Staff Registration

Faculty and staff from UNC-Greensboro should coordinate their registration and payments with Dr. Nell Pynes.
