Registration for WISE 2015 is now open. The early bird rate will be available through December 10, 2014, after which the regular rate will apply. Information about the conference registration fees appears below. Information about reserving a hotel room appears on the Hotel Information page.

Early bird registration fees are in effect October 9, 2014 – December 10, 2014,
Regular registration fees are in effect December 11, 2014 – February 6, 2015.
All registration includes continental breakfast on Thursday Feb. 5 and Friday Feb. 6, 2015; lunch on Thursday Feb. 5 and Friday Feb. 6; coffee service; and snacks. Dinner will be on your own. This year, we will coordinate voluntary group dinners at local restaurants for WISE conference participants. More information about those group dinners will be posted closer to the conference.

Conference registration does not include accommodations. A block of hotel rooms has been reserved with the Winston-Salem Marriott Hotel and the Embassy Suites Hotel. Visit the Hotel Information page for additional information.
CHANGING A REGISTRATION
After completing registration, please request any changes (for example: adding a pre-conference workshop or changing contact information) by emailing them to Nancy Metcalf, email@example.com. Phone: 336-758-5938.
Requests for refunds must be made in writing to WISE 2015, Center for Global Programs and Studies, 116 Reynolda Hall, Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, NC 27109.
Upon written request (via email to: Nancy Metcalf, firstname.lastname@example.org), refunds for withdrawal from the full conference will be made based on this schedule:
Requests made on or before January 7, 2015: Registration and workshop fees will be refunded minus a 20 % service fee
Requests made January 8 – 22, 2015: Registration and workshop fees will be refunded 50%
Beginning January 23, 2015: No refunds will be made
