Wake Forest University faculty, staff & students
Wake Forest University faculty, staff, and students receive complimentary registration to the WISE Conference on February 4 – 5. Wake Forest participants must register through the designated event WISE Conference 2016 – Wake Forest University faculty, staff, students. Registration is now open for Wake Forest participants.
Pre-conference workshops on February 3, 2016 are not included in the complimentary registration for Wake Forest University attendees. WFU personnel are welcome and invited to register for the enriching pre-conference workshops at their own or approved departmental expense. A limited number of scholarships are available for WFU faculty/staff to attend a pre-conference workshop. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for information on how to apply. For billing to your WFU department, request an invoice code by emailing email@example.com.
UNC-Greensboro Faculty & Staff Registration
Faculty and staff from UNC-Greensboro should coordinate their registration and payments with Dr. Nell Pynes.
What your registration includes
Conference registration includes continental breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks on Thursday and Friday. Coffee/tea and snacks will be served during morning and afternoon breaks.
Conference registration does not include accommodations. A block of hotel rooms has been reserved with the Winston-Salem Marriott Hotel and the Embassy Suites Hotel. Visit the Hotel Information page for additional information.
Registration changes or refunds
After completing registration, please request any changes (for example: adding a pre-conference workshop or changing contact information) by emailing them to Nancy Metcalf, firstname.lastname@example.org. Phone: 336-758-5994.
Requests for refunds must be emailed to email@example.com. Upon request, refunds for withdrawal from the conference will be made based on this schedule:
- Requests made on or before January 8, 2016: Registration and workshop fees will be refunded minus a 20 % administrative fee
- Requests made January 9 – 23, 2016: Registration and workshop fees will be refunded 50%
- Beginning January 24, 2016: No refunds will be made
